She is a well-known advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) who is respected by all stakeholders. For more than a decade, Mrs. Parrish-Bezner has effectively represented parties in open communication leading to resolutions without resorting to courts. Her keen skills and understanding of Project Management give her a unique perspective as a facilitator and dispute resolution provider.
Complementing her ADR practice, Mrs. Parrish-Bezner has worked as a General Counsel for a trade association and a Fortune 500 Home Builder. In her current role a Mediator and Partnering Facilitator for GLA, she has successfully facilitated large and complex construction projects and contracts in excess of one billion dollars.
Holly holds a Juris Doctor degree from the UCLA School of Law and Bachelor of Arts a degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis. Mrs. Parrish-Bezner has an extensive international experience and attended the University of London, England and the University of Hong Kong School of Law (Chinese Basic Law).

Holly is a frequent presenter and Conference Speaker on the subject of Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Dispute Prevention on Construction Contracts. She is fluent in English, and moderate in Spanish, French and Italian.
