Challenges & Solutions

One of the early challenges of the project involved a potential claim related to proposed work rescheduling. By holding numerous partnering meetings and engaging with all key stakeholders, the team was able to avoid disputes and reduce the project’s completion time by nearly two years. The team also faced issues such as unexpected utility conflicts and speeding vehicles in work zones. By collaborating with the CHP and utilizing real-time data, the team minimized closures and maintained safety for workers and motorists.
