Kiran holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the California State University at Sacramento, and oversees IT Operations for GLA. As the Technical Support Coordinator at GLA, she provides our internal GLA teamwith the technical support they need to succeed, while also continually optimizing processes in order to improve the GLA Experience. She also provides technology-related consultation and support, including the deployment, administration, and/or support of technology systems essential to the day-to-day business operations. She works with core IT teams on the implementation and support of technology rollouts and projects. She recognizes and makes recommendations for training where opportunities exist to address common support issues. Her current main responsibility is supervising and assisting in configuring the GLA Salesforce Sales CRM and the Marketing Cloud software to enhance the performance of key business processes. In addition, she is the lead member of the Development team implementing the New Website Project where she supervises and communicates directly with the project team weekly. She enjoys learning about new technology and is continuously working on introducing new software to improve the efficiency of our work. She is constantly helping our team go above and beyond to provide a greater service. In her constant effort to improve her knowledge and communication skills she actively attends online learning classes, and she continues to be an active member of the Sacramento Downtowners Toastmasters group.
