The Collaborative Dispute Mitigation (CDM) System is GLA’s unique customizable approach accomplished by applying specifically designed sessions and tools to project team structure.
It is a comprehensive, prevention-based success guide for high value construction projects that uses partnering principles in addition to dispute resolution.
Packages and Sessions are All Inclusive: Facilitator fees, Session coordination, material and travel within the State of California. Packages are based on one-year (12-months) subscription contract. Month-to-month thereafter with 30-day advance termination notice. Not included: Catering and off-site facility charges.
